Lupin's eternal rival. His favourite Inspector, his most special puppydog, the only law enforcement invited into his game.

• ELEUTHERIYA / FUJIKO MINE. His on-again, off-again girlfriend-rival-backstabber. The most beautiful woman in the world who Lupin will never stop trying to win the affections of.

• FLOCK-KEEPER / FEARGHAS LESLEY. The Lupin gang's getaway driver, and the newest addition to the motley crew. Not often called upon, but exceedingly useful when he is.

• MIRACULPA / TIARA WATOU. Part of the Lupin gang, though one he knows little about. She's got a fantastic sense of fashion, though, and is occasionally called upon to style a disguise.

• STARFOAM / LORELEI; LADY LUMINOUS. A mysterious, masked vigilante working within Paris to stop Lupin's heists and protect the treasures the city holds. Little is known about her true identity.

• YOUANDME-AND / GOEMON ISHIKAWA XIII. The samurai of the Lupin gang, armed with the legendary sword Zantetsuken. Lupin finds him incredibly fun to wind up.
